Prashant K. Trivedi, CFA is the Founder and Non-executive Chairman of the Multi-Act Group. He has nearly four decades of experience in global fixed income, equities, real estate and private equity. He previously worked at SG Warburg from 1983 to 1991 in Tokyo, London, and Singapore. He graduated summa cum laude in B.SC (Econ) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prashant is a proponent of the Austrian School of Economics, and passionate about Wildlife Conservation, especially Big Cat conservation.

Rohan Samant is the Principal Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Multi-Act Equity Consultancy. He has been with Multi-Act for more than a decade and has been part of the PMS team since its inception. He started his career with Multi-Act after completing his Chartered Accountancy in 2008. He has experienced multiple cycles in the Indian Equity market as a professional investor, particularly the Global Financial Crisis. He is the Fund Manager for the Moats and Special Situation Portfolio – the largest strategy in terms of AUM among Multi-Act’s PMS offerings. His focus is to identify good quality companies and exploit behavioral anomalies in the market.

Vikas Biyani is the Head of Multi-Act’s Investment Advisory service. He has ~20 years of experience in servicing HNIs, UHNIs and institutional clients in the fields of equity research, capital markets, and portfolio advisory. His investing style reflects preference for high quality securities, good corporate governance, and margin of safety investing using the RA/RI framework developed at Multi-Act. His advisory client mandates focus on delivering better than market risk adjusted returns, in Indian as well as Global markets, with an unwavering eye on capital preservation. Vikas has been associated with Multi-Act since he earned his Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAI in 2003.

Aniruddha Meher, CFA, is a Quant Portfolio Manager, a passionate scuba diver, and an avid motorcyclist. With over 19 years of investment experience, he has been managing the Sankhya India Portfolio (SIP) since its inception in 2017. Holding an M.Phil. in Statistics from Pune University, he leads a team of five statisticians.

Amit Salvi, is the Head of IT at Multi-Act and has been at the company for more than 15 years. He has several roles from managing the IT Infrastructure to handling technical research requirements of the Equity Research and Quant teams. He is also the senior most project manager and is responsible for building Multi-Act’s in-house project MARKAS. Amit is a Science graduate with a diploma in Information Technology.

Mehul Trivedi is the CEO of Multi-Act Industrial Enterprises Ltd the holding company of The Indian Card Clothing Co. Ltd, where he was the previous MD (for 25 years) and now Deputy Chairman. Mehul is a trained solicitor, was admitted to The Law Society of England and Wales and practiced commercial and corporate finance law in the United Kingdom with S.J. Berwin & Co. Mehul graduated with LLB (Hons) from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a keen traveller and a fitness and wellness enthusiast.

Dattaraj V. Salgaocar, Owner and Chairman of the VMSalgaocar Corporation Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests in hospitality, real estate, education, and financial investments. It has several upcoming projects in hospitality, education, and real estate in Goa.
Dattaraj founded Sunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts, a not-for-profit institution dedicated to preserving and nurturing the visual arts in Goa.
Dattaraj graduated in Production Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay with Distinction and earned an MBA in Finance from Wharton Business School in 1981.
He is passionate about wildlife conservation, photography, art and music.

Deep Shah is currently the Co-President with Francisco Partners, a UK based Investment Banking Company and operates from the firm’s London office where he leads European investing activities. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2003, Deep worked at Morgan Stanley in London in both their Mergers and Acquisitions group and their Princes Gate Investors private equity fund, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of transactions in a variety of industries, including information technology. He holds an M.A. In Economics from the University of Cambridge, England, with First Class Honors.

Shikar Bipin Dharamsey Nensey currently serves as the Managing Director of Al Maha Financial Services LLC, Oman. Shikar has management experience from the ground up level. He has work experience with institutions like Citibank, Dun and Bradstreet and HSBC in his career. He is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization Oman and is a keen investor in the equity and real estate market. He is a Graduate of Business Management from IIM Calcutta and Babson College.

Raj Kalur, CFA is an independent Director of the Board at Multi-Act. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services and most recently served as the CEO of Trustplutus Wealth Managers. Prior to that, Raj was the Vice President and Head of Client Portfolio Management at RBS Bank. He has also held senior positions at Wealth Advisors, Prudential ICICI AMC and DSP Meryl Lynch. For the past few years Raj has been an independent consultant. He received his BA in Economics from Ravenshaw College and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom.

Mr Ashutosh Bishnoi brings over four decades of expertise in consumer marketing and financial services in India. He has held several senior leadership positions in the capital markets, including Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Manulife Investment Management and Chief Marketing Officer at DSP Merrill Lynch Asset Management Ltd. His extensive career also includes key CXO roles at L&T Finance, UTI, HSBC, Kotak, and many more. Additionally, he has served as a board member of AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) and contributed to its Investor Awareness Committee.
Mr Bishnoi holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and has completed the Mahindra Universe Program at Harvard Business School, Boston.
Currently, he is associated with the National Securities Markets as a visiting faculty member. He also serves on their Accreditation Committee and the Committee for the Selection of Resource Persons.

Abhijit Kargirwar leads the business development effort for Multi-Act’s various service verticals viz. Family Office, Asset Management, Research and Institutional Advisory.

A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA, Abhijit has over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management and at banks such as Citibank, American Express, Barclays, DBS, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He also brings with him deep domain knowledge of investment management, international banking, private equity, structured products, private banking, real estate investing and investment banking.

Prannoy Bhargava is an equity research professional with nearly a decade of experience in analysing diverse sectors and geographical markets from a fundamental perspective. Prannoy has transitioned his focus to quantamental investing, where he combines quantitative methods and fundamental analysis for strategic decision-making.

He is a CFA and CA, dedicated to delivering value in finance and investment.

Sekar brings over 15 years of comprehensive expertise in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Law & Finance, and Securities Law. His dedicated focus has been on overseeing the assessment of investment deals within Fintech segment and monitoring the portfolio companies since the inception of Multi-Act AIF.

A qualified Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant (CA – Inter), Sekar Iyer stands as a seasoned professional contributing significantly to the strategic and financial aspects of Multi-Act’s operations.
